Light up the Night will be held in the former Urban Outfitters space which has been transformed into a gorgeous exhibition space and holiday art market by the talented local artists and staff of Evanston Made. There will be art all around, dancing, a raffle of an Evanston High Lights gift basket, good food, good company, exhibitions of artwork facilitated by Kids Create Change including the:
Art Connects Us mural began for the Creative Aging Arts Festival
Weavings created by the community at ETHS Therapeutic Day School
and a taste of our current exhibition on view at Studio 3: "Sacred Circle: The Work And Words Of My Mother" curated by local singer, composer and healer, Michaela Marchi.
There will be a brief presentation including the official introduction of our Board of Directors and the presentation of our first annual Star Light Award! Please be aware that as a practice of community care and mutual responsibility, proof of vaccination and
masks are required when you are not eating or drinking.
We’re so excited for the opportunity to safely bring friends together to celebrate
the season and the arts! Thank you to Evanston Made, Downtown Evanston,
the Wine Goddess, Coffee Lab, Inspired Indian Cooking and local DJ extraordinaire,
Craig Likhite, and many local organizations for supporting this event
and our programming year round!
