Why 3?

Gallery 3 is our small but mighty community art gallery. Our exhibition program features the work of different local artists 4 times a year. In line with our mission, Gallery 3 exhibitions center the voices and stories from historically marginalized communities including Black, Brown, Indigenous artists, artists who identify as LGBTQ+, non-binary, and neurodiverse, people with disabilities and mental illness, older adults and young people.
Our exhibition program is free for artists. We provide the space and host an artist reception (basic snacks provided - artists can bring in their own food and drink). We also offer mentorship for young artists and artists who have little experience showing their work. Exhibiting artists are asked to facilitate a free art workshop for the community, and gallery 3 receives 25% commission on any artwork sold.
